Biography

My Goal is to operate and excel on the intersection of Business

and ICT. To break walls and build bridges.

Having fun in what one does is key to be sustainable succesfull. My goal is to enjoy

whatever I do. I want to inspire, be challenged and continuously improve myself and the organization.

I am professional and pragmatic. I like to motivate and challenge people to exceed expectations. I act with integrity and dedication. I enjoy working in an international environment.

After graduating with a master in Information Management (Tilburg University, 2005) I started my career as information analyst and functional designer in a consulting company.

While gaining experience in the insurance and financial industry, I became a Requirements Analyst specialist, with several methodology and software implementations successfully completed in The Netherlands.

Later I expanded my skills and experience to become an all-round lead implementation consultant who has been involved in (and responsible for) all phases in software implementation projects of various scales (SaaS as well as tailor-made software): requirements analysis, vendor selection, software design and development, testing and training, (post) Go-Live support and account management. These projects were performed in the Netherlands, London and Abidjan (Ivory Coast) and concerned the areas of Health & Safety, fashion and logistics.

Most recently (and currently) I'm working as independent GRC Business Consultant (Governance, Risk Management and Compliancy).

In the past 8 years I’ve performed 30+ GRC business analysis & solution design projects and delivered software implementations (incl. SaaS) in several industries, worldwide (Singapore, Hong Kong, New York, Paris, Bangkok) at listed companies.

As succesfull Academy Trainer I'm also responsible for training new consultants/customers in the GRC Software (BWise).
